Ron Lovett has owned and operated Source Security & Investigations since 2002. After traveling abroad, and analysing security obstacles and needs, Ron created the company to provide the best security solutions for Atlantic Canada. Although Source Security has grown to reach across Atlantic Canada, Ron remains heavily involved in the continuous day to day operations and is hands on in his ownership style.

Over the years Ron has been recognized with many awards for the success of Source Security & Investigations and his leadership within the company. These awards have included: Junior Chamber International Outstanding Young Person Award, Remy Martin Bold Five under Thirty Five, Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and BDC Young Entrepreneur Award.
